First-person measurement
Where we can, we test in a real PNW home with real instruments — a PM2.5 monitor for clean-air claims, a watt-meter for backup-power runtime, a thermometer for cooling, and a flow meter for tree watering. Numbers in our guides come from those readings, not manufacturer spec sheets.
Systems, not single products
Resilience is a system: a purifier is only as good as the room it's in and the power that keeps it running. We recommend complete, sequenced setups and tell you what to buy first.
Independence
